On this site, your personal data is collected only through the contact forms you fill in:

• Project enquiry: full name, company name, email, phone and the project details you choose to share, along with any brief you upload.
• Job application: full name, email, phone, the field you are interested in and your experience, together with your CV and your portfolio link if you share one.
• General enquiry: full name, email, phone, company name, subject and your message.

Alongside this, statistical data about visits is collected so that we can see how the site is used and how quickly our pages load: the page viewed, the address you arrived from, your location at country and city level, and your browser and device details. This data does not identify you, is used only as aggregate statistics, and is collected without cookies. Your country is also used to decide which language you are shown when you first open the site.

Anything you include in your CV or message is also processed. We recommend not sharing special categories of personal data such as health, belief or union membership; we do not ask for them.

We use the data you share only for the purpose you filled in the form for:

• To assess your request and get back to you.
• For project enquiries, to prepare a proposal and run the pre-contract process.
• For job applications, to run the recruitment process.
• To measure and improve the performance of the site.
• To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not send marketing messages without your consent. Your data is not subject to automated decision-making or profiling.

We process your personal data under Article 5 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, on the grounds that the processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, that it is necessary for us to meet our legal obligations, and that it is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

We rely on a few providers to run this site. They process your data only on our behalf and only to deliver that service; they cannot use it for their own purposes.

• Hosting, file storage and visit statistics: Vercel Inc.
• Email delivery: Resend.

These providers may hold data on servers outside Türkiye (in the United States and the European Union), which means your data is transferred abroad. Apart from this, we do not share your data with third parties.

We keep your data for as long as the purpose you filled in the form for requires, and for any retention period the applicable legislation obliges us to observe. Once that period ends, your records are deleted. If you would like it deleted sooner, just write to hello@bluechip.com.tr.

This site uses no marketing, advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie in use is the strictly necessary one that remembers the language you chose (Turkish / English); it carries nothing that identifies you. You can delete it from your browser settings.

Under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed and, if so, request information about it and the purpose of the processing; know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; request that it be corrected if incomplete or inaccurate, that it be erased or destroyed within the conditions set out in the law, and that any such action be notified to those third parties; object to a result reached to your detriment through analysis solely by automated systems; and claim compensation if you suffer damage because your data has been processed unlawfully.

If your application is rejected, you retain the right to lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
